My dad would say, "can't never could do nothing." when I was younger. Back then, I did not fully understand what he was saying. He was instilling the importance of our thoughts and accomplishments. Thoughts become words; Words become beliefs; Beliefs become action or inaction.
I created three captions in 2022 that helped me watch my thoughts, words, and actions. Feel free to use them.

THE WORD
I came across this Bible Plan by David Villa. He talks about speaking life in good and bad circumstances. You have to speak life and the word of God at all times. Most importantly, you have to speak life when you do not even see it.
